Reiki - 60 Minutes - $75
Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
A typical Reiki session lasts about 60 minutes and sound instruments such as tuning forks, singing bowls, chimes, and crystals may be utilized during the session.
Vibrational Sound Therapy - 60 minutes - $75
Vibrational sound therapy a holistic healing modality that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, well-being, and physical and emotional healing.

A typical VST session involves:
- Lying down in a comfortable position
- The practitioner placing instruments on or around the body
- Playing the instruments to create vibrations
- The client may be guided through a meditation or relaxation exercise
Each session incorporates Reiki and is customized to the specific client's needs.
Group Vibrational Sound Therapy Sound Bath- 45 - 60 minutes - $150-$200
A Sound Bath is vibrational sound therapy. It is a type of therapy that is based on the fact that everything vibrates with energy. The participants listens to music, using the energy of musical notes/tones. Instruments used can be crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, koshi chimes, rain stick, crystal pyramid, shaman drum, ocean drum, gongs, and other chimes.
A group sound bath involves either laying on the floor or in a chair within a group.

Chakra - Alignment - Meditation Class
9 week Class - $135 in advance for the series
$25 per class if paid at the door.
This series is 9 weeks with each class building on the other meeting once a week. The the 1st and 9th class free.
Each class starts with participants sitting in a circle. We start with tea ceremony, a grounding meditation, in depth background and discussion into each of the 7 basic chakras, methods to activate each chakra, followed by a meditation specific to the topic chakra and ending with an interpretive Chakra Dance specific to the topic Chakra and a moving meditation. Classes are offered periodically throughout the year and each class is 90 minutes.
NEXT 9 WEEK CLASS STARTS in the fall.

7 week Class - $125 in advance for the series
$20 per class if paid at the door.
Chakra - Alignment - Meditation Class required prior to taking the Advanced Class.
This series is 7 weeks with each class building on the other meeting once a week.
Each class starts with participants sitting in a circle. We begin with tea ceremony, a grounding meditation, in depth background and discussion into each of the 5 higher chakras including methods to activate each chakra. Classes are offered periodically throughout the year and each class is 90 minutes.
